How far in advance should I book?
For headshots and real estate, we can often accommodate within 1-2 weeks. For Events, We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance to secure your date.
What's included in the retouching?
Our professional retouching includes color correction, exposure adjustments, skin smoothing (natural look), blemish removal, and minor adjustments to clothing wrinkles. We maintain your natural appearance while ensuring you look your best.
Do you travel outside Chicagoland?
Absolutely! We regularly travel for corporate events and property shoots. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond 50 miles from Chicago. Contact us for a custom quote.
How quickly can get my real estate photos?
Standard turnaround time is 24-48hrs.
How do I receive my images?
All images are delivered via a private online gallery. You can download high-resolution files and share with your team or clients directly from the gallery.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! However, all payments of any sort is non-refundable.
In order to secure your date a 50% deposit is required (Negotiable).
Once deposit is secured, your remaining balance can be paid all on day of event, or leading up to event.
